Here’s what they said: -- The standard way to contact Cloudmark for IP block list (aka CSI) removal is to submit a request here: https://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset<https://urlscanner.mailmarshal.cloud/?c=22645&d=p7qX6lkl4QAKVYaQKgua-xaA4shnZ5w3C2Khw0UMww&s=5&u=https%3a%2f%2fcsi%2ecloudmark%2ecom%2fen%2freset> That's a mostly automated process but there are live people behind it that will reach out to the submitter as needed.
