I'm still stuck in this cave with no way out 😂 I'll look at the ticket you filed and get a reply back to you. Looks like it got reset by the support team on 1st but I also see that the original request(s) triggered some anti-gaming rules which prevented auto remediation (so I'll look in to that too)
