Hi Team

Until one month or so ago, when we received an JMRP complaint from
Microsoft, the receiving Microsoft customer was clearly stated in the
report.

So in cases of false positives (which they mostly are) we blocked the
customer and told him to sort out with the recipient why a legitimate
email was reported as spam to Microsoft. We do this to prevent hitting
S3150 with mostly success.

But now I face a new issue. There report was altered, all headers
containing any email address has the address replaced by <X>.

I can still find the email email in question in our logs, but when it
was sent to 10 recipients with @hotmail.com or @outlook.com I can't
tell our customer which one of his recipients reported his email as
spam. And those are clearly false positives - some recipients still
confuse 'junk' and 'trash'.

How do you handle such cases? Any contact @ Microsoft which could
restore the old behaviour of disclosing the recipient which reported
the email?
