I wish I had more time to work on this, but I'm way super busy at work these days. But my plan is to ditch this "theme" and make a new one. I want to use the power of Safari's CSS3 support. Rounded corners, transparencies, shadows, text transformations, and all that stuff. I bet I could make a Safari only theme that is way better than the this theme due to not needing any graphics. At the very least, it will be much faster.
