Hi Sue, Could you send me your Mailplane.log? - Restart Mailplane - Wait for the Inbox to load - Go to a coversation - press Copy to Mailplane URL - go to Help->Support and Feedback and press the "Compose Mail" button. This will automatically attach your log file.
