Hi Sue,This could be a Gmail problem. Normally Gmail ads some information to the (invisible) address bar like: http://mail.google.com/#inbox http://mail.google.com/mail/#inbox/11e231e201ee255a
But sometimes, it doesn't do it. It always shows http://mail.google.com/mail If it doesn't work, try View->Reload Page to get it working.
