Hi,
When I receive forwarded photos, they are displayed in the body of the
email. This is problematic for a couple of reasons:

1. I almost always need to download them all, and having the right
click and download each one is a waste of time
2. they are downloaded twice: first to display them in the mail
message, second to download them. This is a problem for large images.
3. they are hard to identify since they are displayed vertically right
on top of each other, usually with no space between them.
4. They are often wider than the message window, which stretches the
message far too wide, making it hard to get to the options on the
right side of the window.

What I need is a way to either
1. block display of all images for the mail client or for a specific
sender. I know this is an option for regular photo attachments, but
this option does not appear to be present with forwarded images.
2. limit the size of images to a specific max width and/or height
3. have any images that appear in an email be available via the
attachments control

Have I left anything out? Probably, but that is the gist.

The photo attachment behavior of gmail has always bothered me. It is
nice to have them show up when they are meant to be part of the
message, like an email postcard, etc., but when you just want to get
the image file it can be very frustrating. Hopefully mailplane can
help solve this issue!

Thanks,
Erik.
