FWIW, I'm going to guess this would be a major architectural change, given WebKit's cookie handling. The only way I can think to implement it would be to split Mailplane into multiple processes, a front-end and a back-end. There would be multiple back-end processes, one for each logged in gmail account, and a single front-end process which communicates with all of the back-end processes. Now, there may be other ways to get around WebKit's cookie handling limitations, but this is the only one that comes to mind w/o hacking WebKit itself. And it sounds like a fair amount of work.
