Same blank screen on a single account issue here -- on a custom
domain.  I ran through the steps below to no avail.  I am running the
Safari 4 beta as well.

I do notice that it quickly logs me in and I see the older
'loading' (without the progress bar) briefly before I get the blank
screen.  I had previously enabled offline access as well, but then
tried toggling it both ways from a browser with no luck.

Perhaps if I delete and re-create the account?
