A few things to check: - Did you upgrade Mailplane (you need build #1093) - Do you have the latest Gears version (0.5.15.0)- Is Preferences/Advances/Load Google Gears enabled? - Do not open Gmail Offline in Safari and Mailplane at the same time. - Create a new Gmail session: Hold down ⌘-Key while clicking "Sign Out" then Sign back in.
