I'm experiencing the same issue reported by elliotness: "Since the auto-scrolling started, I have also had my apps account get logged out so that my notifier no longer registers it. My free gmail account seems to be working fine."
It doesn't seem to matter whether or not I am active in Mailplane---I get logged-out (as far as I can tell by looking in the Accounts drawer) regardless. I have labels displayed on the right, using the feature setting in labs. Never used the multiple inbox feature with Mailplane.
