Hi Vincèn, If you need to re-enter the same text over and over again, there are different ways to store and access text snippets: 1) Use Mailplane's Text Snippets feature. You define the text snippets in * Accounts > Preferences.* When you compose an email, hit ⌘⌥I (or *Mail > Insert > Text Snippets)* to insert the text. 2) If you have Snow Leopard, you can use "Text Substitutions": http://mailplaneapp.com/howto/entry/type_less_with_Text_Substitutions/ 3) If you prefer a Gmail solution, you can enable the "Canned Responses" Gmail lab feature: http://gmailblog.blogspot.com/2008/10/new-in-labs-canned-responses.html 4) You could use a mailto: URL to prefil subject, body etc. http://groups.google.com/group/mailplaneapp/browse_thread/thread/ca6eb61a0e4d2808
