Vincèn, We frequently send the same emails over and over and use Typinator (http://www.macility.com/products/typinator/) for this purpose.
The added benefit is that it also works system wide and includes a database of commonly misspelled word that it auto corrects. They've also been VERY responsive to support requests. A recent Mailplane and/or Mac OS update broke Typinator's function in Mailplane. I reported it immediately and was told an update to fix the bug was in the works. As promised, an update was available in a few days.
