I get this same issue, I double checked the email in the account
matches the email in the signature list, and when I click compose new
mail, its the same email address chosen. It used to work all the time
from what I remember in the last version, and since the latest version
it has not been working.  So he definitely isn't the only one with
this problem. I came here to the group to specifically look for an
answer to this and found this post.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help debug it for you.
