Hi Andy,

As it works with Replies/Forwards it's unlikely, but:
Do you use "Plain Text" emails intead of "Rich Text"? The signature will
only work when you use "Rich Text". If you have the styling toolbar (see
attached screenshot), you're using "Rich Text".

If it still doesn't work:
- Please send a screenshot showing a message composition to ruben AT
mailplaneapp.com
- Please sen a screenshot showing the signature preference page to the same
address.
