About six months ago, I convinced our technology teacher to start using mailplane app. Below, please find a question from him. I suggested that he reset his gmail session but he said it did nothing:
Updated last week (can't recall the date), everything was fine. Did a > complete shut down and restart Monday night, and that's when the trouble > started. Can't click links, Mailplane shoves new mail message popups in > front of everything I do (regardless of preference settings in Mailplane or > any other program). Checked for more updates, tried adjusting any > "preference" that's remotely relevant, restarted the computer and programs > several times. Not being able to click links is bad enough, but these > popups (which linger on the screen for about 5 seconds) are really > annoying. There seems to be no setting/preference for this feature.
