Hi Josh,
First: Try the "Mailplane > Reset Gmail Session" menu item
Next: Please double check the download folder in *Preferences > General.* Is
there maybe a permission problem, e.g. can you create a file in this folder?
Does the folder exist? Could you try a different folder?
