Not as short version: Each gmail account should have an associated browser such that all google apps links open in the browser that has the matching session. Longest version: I run multiple browsers so that I can work in multiple Google Calendar/ Documents/Groups sessions. Mailplane forces me to copy/paste links from emails with google docs links to the appropriate browser.
