You can get each Gmail account in its own browser window if you click on "Switch Account » Sign In To Another Account". You'll have to manually enter your credentials, which is kind of annoying, but is ok if you keep Mailplane open all day.
It would be nice if this were integrated into Mailpalne in a way that we'd have this behaviour as an option. Another interesting version would be have the option of each account opening in a tab. This would be really nice for Calendar.
