Last time I checked GreaseKit worked nicely under Snow Leopard. However, there are not many useful scripts around. The Folders4Gmail script was quite popular, but now Gmail offers the same functionality out of the box.
Mailplane doesn't support Safari extensions. Are you looking for a specific extension or do you want to extend Mailplane in some way?
