Is the count seen on the sidebar displaying the correct number?

Which folder do you have selected in Mailplane > Accounts > Options > Inbox
?

Finally, please copy and paste your console.log;
 *- Open Console.app*
*- Search for Mailplane*
*- Copy/Paste all lines to an email*
