FYI, I'm having the same problem as Fraser using Mailplane 2.5.7-preview2 (#1686) with Mac OS X 10.6.8. In addition, when I try to go to the http://beta.mailplaneapp.com/kb/getting-started/welcome-to-mailplane-3 URL I just get the message:
*We're sorry, but something went wrong We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.* I love Mailplane. I hope you can get this fixed soon. Thanks.
