Hi, Since upgrading to Mountain Lion and Mailplane 2.5.7-preview (#1685) I have this problem.
No matter if I actually read the message or mark it "as read" once I refresh the window or even quit and relaunch Mailplane my messages are still unread. I use the "Preview Pane" option in "Labs" to display my inbox and wondered if this could be the source of the problem so I tried to disable this "Labs" option in Mailplane and got the message "A server error occurred and your changes were not saved". I quit Mailplane and logged in to my Gmail account with Safari, I could change my "Labs" option there without the error so has this highlighted another Mailplane issue? Changing this option still hasn't solved the "unread" issue in Mailplane and I have also tried "Reset Gmail Session", is there anything else to try? I know this is a Mailplane issue as reading Gmail messages in Safari marks them as read every time.
