Hi, I am using mailplane 3 and unfortunately cant get email attachments to download. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling mailplane 3 and still no luck. I sent an email to tech support who suggested I try the following terminal command:
Open Terminal.app and enter: sudo rm -R -f ~/Library/Caches/com.mailplaneapp.Mailplane3 Still no luck. I sent through a screen capture of the process to tech support but i think it has stumped them because I havent heard back. Effectively, it appears that the file is being downloaded but it happens ultraquick and when I check the downloads the file is listed with a size of 0kb (obviously hasnt downloaded).
