I had Mailplane running in the background while I was doing something else.

Suddenly Mailplane was the front-most app, telling me that a new version
was available.

Now, I appreciate being notified of a new version, but I do not appreciate
it stealing focus while I was working on something else. That was extremely
disruptive. I'm just glad I wasn't in the middle of a screencast or a Zoom
call.

Please don't do that.

(I would be happy to hear that this was a bug and it should not have
happened that way, but it 100% did happen that way on my Mac.)
