*Financial Technical/Functional System Solutions Architect* This resource will be responsible for the work definition/scope statement, solution approach, design, and implementation of a new Financial Statement Reporting (FSR) solution and the detailed planning & design for a new Consolidations application. The ideal candidate will have a blended background of Accounting/Finance business knowledge, excellent communications skills and technical skills to translate to the new target solution effectively. This resource will work with project team members who have expertise in the desired target systems. The resource will need to provide leadership on design and implementation approach. Initial phases of the solution (FSR) must be in place no later than March 31, 2010. Additionally, a comprehensive work plan & design for the Consolidations implementation must also be complete by March 31, 2010. Additional work to be defined upon successful completion of initial project. Total 3 to 6 month assignment. Start in January 2010. *Required skillsets:* - Minimum 7 years Financial Systems experience; 9 – 10 years preferred; acceptable level of blended experience between Functional/Technical - Relevant experience with support of General Ledger, Financial Statement Reporting, and Financial Consolidations systems – either through Functional support, system administration, or Applications Development - Direct experience with the planning, designing, and development of financial solutions (Conceptual, Logical, & Physical design) - Proven communications and consulting skills, to support discussions with PGN Finance, IT leadership, project team members - Proven problem solving skills for medium to complex systems and project issues - Demonstrated intensity in completion of work assignments - Demonstrated knowledge and use of good software engineering practices - Demonstrated strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline from an accredited institution *Submit your resume only to resume. csifl @ gmail.com* -- Deb Majumdar Recruiter * Please discuss the requirement with your consultants and then submit the resume.
