Other Skills Silverlight/Sharepoint/C# Developer Duration 6 Months Location Boston,MA Description Need Local *Silverlight/Sharepoint/C# Developer * This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing the front-end of a trade analytics portal solution for our trading and investment groups. The portal services layer is based on event-oriented SOA and will be implemented using J2EE and third-party high-performance Java framework. The front-end will use the MS Silverlight, C# and MS Sharepoint. OO Design and Analysis ---------------------5 .Net (C#, SharePoint) -------------------------3 Silverlight ---------------------------------------2 Web Services & Messaging Framework--2 PL/SQL (Oracle)-------------------------------2 UML----------------------------------------------2 XML-----------------------------------------------2 The services layer will apply various proprietary algorithms for generating trade execution, performance and cost analytics. Responsibilities will include: ? Contributing to the design of the portal's presentation layer ? Coding of the presentation layer using mainly Silverlight, C# and Sharepoint. ? Participating in the design and laying the foundation for future Sharepoint-based portal ? Using web-services and messaging framework for accessing the middleware services from portal presentation layer. *Daily Activities * ? Work with the systems analysts and development lead to qualify functional specifications ??Author design documentation ? Design and implement a business domain model with complex business rules ? Re-factor existing code with additional future versions ? Develop presentation layer using Silverlight and C# to host content inside Sharepoint ? Develop PL/SQL queries *Education/Experience* ? Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline ?
