NEED: BSA & QA TESTER
Loc: Dallas, Texas
Duration: 3+ months
Inclusive Rate: $35hr. C2C
Must have LPS experience
* Experience 6 - 8 years with 3 - 4 working with any or all of the
following applications Dialers in general, CRQM, eWFM, CTI / ANI with LPS
interface
* Most critical skills, CTI / ANI with the LPS knowledge
* This person needs to have very good people skills with the ability
to draw out from the customer the details needed for each of the packages
that will be delivered.
* Must have the ability to adapt / come up to speed quickly due to
delivery schedules.
* Very detail focused with the ability to get sign offs of the
requirements in relatively short period of time.
* Will help create testing scripts for each of the product deliveries
Defines solutions (requirements, designs, services, recommendations) to
business/systems problems and owns the integrity of the solution through
customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. Responsible for the
development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information
or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the appropriate standard
formats via print and online mediums. Includes interface with management,
users, and information technology professionals to create high-level
conceptual solutions to business problems. Usually possesses significant
knowledge in one or more business functional areas. BSA's involved in agile
projects will be expected to have responsibilities throughout the project
lifecycle.
