There's a newer revision of intltool available (latest csw is 0.40.5,
0.40.6 is available). I'll get the new version into testing today and
you can see if that makes any difference.

/opt/csw/bin/intltool-merge line 1092.
I've gotten some similar errors when trying to package several packages.
The line number seems to be either 1092 or 999 (depending on which
package I'm building)
