2008 racing schedule will be reviewed and approved.
You should know your college special dates (spr/fall breaks,
parents' week-end, etc)
2 representatives (1 undergraduate and an advisor) from each team should plan
to attend or send a written proxy naming the person who is to vote in his/her
place. Undergraduates must have undergraduate proxies; graduates, graduate
proxies. Each college may control only 4 votes.
