MAISA Sailors and Teams, The ICSA Rules Committee is currently reviewing the Procedural Rules for their revision in January 2009. I am looking for thoughts and suggestions from anyone who has come across issues with the Procedural Rules that might need attention during this revision process.
I would request that any suggestions be as specific as possible and include possible solutions for any changes that might need to be made.
