Right, the Proteus VX uses high definition bank numbers, so you want to
handle banks as described below. I don't know if James has the Proteus VX
definition file I created for the Proteus VX, but my version has all of the
sounds indicated using the sound type, so you can move through woodwinds by
hitting the W key, for example.
