You should be able to just copy the existing t/TEST and t/harness into 
5.6.2.

Well, MakeMaker is backward compatible to 5.5.3.  Test::More is to 5.4.0.
So there shouldn't be any mundane problems.  Various weird interactions
with the core, OTOH... who knows?

Potential gain is bug fixes.  Lots and lots of bug fixes.
