not all social power is meant to be resisted or changed, nor r they negative all the time. when the social power takes in to the shape of hegemonic power system pushing all other diversity and minority in its field of power mechanism to margins, resistances emerge.
if my sentence give an impression of an argument that sexuality is purely social construction, i am sorry. in fact, i meant the term 'sexuality' referred in post-modern literature. i didnt mean the sexual orientation, which of course is primarily 'natural'. sure, thinking of an alternate education will have to engage with different forms expressions, desires, mysterious instincts, conventionally 'weird' passions... otherwise, it will replicate the hetero normative sexual order.
