I am no longer able to browse to files and upload them into issues that I
write up in Mantis.
Typically I do screen captures to JPG, and upload them, so the programmer
can see just what I'm talking about.
The error message is:
"APPLICATION ERROR #15
File upload failed. File is not readable by Mantis. PLease check the project
settings"
I have reviewed project settings, but there is no setting related to
permissions to browse and upload. It has always worked before.
Note the file was only 41k in size, so it's not like it breaks the size rule
for uploaded files.
Any thoughts?
