This is probably a typo, but please make sure you've made these
changes in config_inc.php. I have a few questions for you:
Try sending a user (preferably yourself) a reminder. Is email sent?
What is $g_email_send_using_cronjob set to? If ON, have you checked
your cron job to be sure it's running?
Try turning on logging:
$g_log_level = LOG_EMAIL;
$g_log_destination = 'file:/path/to/log/file';
$g_log_destination on Unix will be something like 'file:/var/log/
mantis.log'. On Windows, it would be something like 'file:/c:/your/
logfile'. Does anything get logged?
