SQL backup file has been generated but need to import into the newer Mantis. I have a couple of PHP programmers that have looked at the import but they are not familiar with Mantis. Getting errors, tried changing scheme.php but still not importing. We have a local installation (under WAMP) for Mantis 1.2.19 and have SQL file on same local server. We also have installed MantisBT on our own shared host in case that is easier for you. If you have already accomplished this task successfully then let me know what you would charge to help us.
