I am curious to hear the reactions of anyone who has read Who Killed Homer? The Demise of Classical Education and the Recovery of Greek Wisdom by Victor Davis Hanson and John Heath. Although it does not directly deal with Latin literature, it is generaly concerned with Classics and is relevant to other Humanities diciplines as well.
