Are not the ref. to these critics found in Suet. & Donat. only? If this is the case, any dates to be assigned to them must necessarily be conjecture based on the earliest reference(s), in this case, Suet. and his source Asconius. Hence, the only thing one could say with certainty is that these critics wrote their works at some time after Vergil's compositions and some time before Suetonius' work de poetis (or rather before the work Asconius Pedianus Contra obtrectatores Vergilii in the 1st C.). Sorry if this seems somewhat lame and blatantly obvious, but I can't see how one could produce a more accurate date!
