Hello,
if IIs does not support php, it is possible to port the php script to c#
and use that in IIS. At work we are using IIS and I needed this
functionality so this was the way I got it to work. Mapbuilder later was
ditched completely because anything remotely resembling open source was
totally unacceptable. I don't know if I have the c# source code left
anywhere, but if anyone is interested I can look if I can find it.
