Hi!

Im trying to set up a wfs-t map using mapbuilder and geoserver.

When I try the Tasmania demo that follows it works fine for the first

insert but when

I try to insert another city I get this error:

java.io.IOException: Unable to delete original file: file:/C:/Program

Files/Apache Software Foundation/Tomcat

6.0/webapps/geoserver/data/data/taz_shapes/tasmania_cities.fix

java.io.IOException: Unable to delete original file: file:/C:/Program

Files/Apache Software Foundation/Tomcat

6.0/webapps/geoserver/data/data/taz_shapes/tasmania_cities.fix

It seems like geoserver? generates some kind of .fix file when editing

the shapefile, and can’t overwrite it the the second time.

Should it be this way, anyone who could tell me how to make it work?

When I run the same wfs-t demo but with open layers it works fine and

no .fix files are generated so it must have something do with mapbuilder.
