If you download the current svn version (trunk or 1_5 branch), you will find a "Google" example. I do not know of any online example. Read http://docs.codehaus.org/display/MAP/Using+Google-layers for details on how to use it. If you do not want to work with SVN versions: Mapbuilder 1.5rc1 will be released next week, this release will be with Google support.
