If I add the above mentioned attributes to my SLD inside of a rule... should
it successfully control whether or not my features are visible? I wasn't
sure if this was working, or if I had simply done something wrong in my
SLD. I'm just doing something along the lines of:
<Rule>
<MinScaleDenominator>100000</MinScaleDenominator>
<MaxScaleDenominator>1000000</MaxScaleDenominator>
....
