I'll correct that, it does work (My updates weren't taking effect), but the
addition of the min and max scale break my Filters so that none of my rules
apply (the last one is applied, since it thinks non of them apply). If I
have a bunch of rules with Filters on each, where is the appropriate place
to put the min and max scales for those feature collections?
