Try using FDO Toolbox to modify the SQL Server's FDO logical schema by
omitting the timestamp property from the class definition that's mapped to
your table and then exporting it out as an XML configuration document, which
you can then upload into the Feature Source

However, if you need to have the timestamp column shown in MapGuide, I do
not know of a solution
