Has anyone else in this august group heard that the Kunstcamera in
St. Petersburg has turned up a copy of the Vinland Map that is at
least 200 years older? Apparently more tests are needed, but so far
Russian scholars are declaring it the genuine thing. This certainly
puts a different perspective on the long running dispute over the
Vinland Map.
