I just had the occasion to compare the Lafrerei Salamanca 1548 Holy Land, to the Lafreri Camacio 1568 (#3 Sotheby London Auction 5/6/2010). Except for the "waves" in the Mediterranean, they are almost exactly the same. Did Camacio copy Salamanca or even use the same plate? Anybody have any information?
