I see the problem and found the other entries in WorldCat when I
searched the accession numbers, and realized that Leth is listed as the
publisher (and it would not pull up if entered in the author field).
Sorry for the confusion I created. The item I cited from the KVK catalog
is another example, but not listed in WorldCat.
