This author/publisher issue is a problem in libraries that do not "get" the concept that in the map world, at least, the publisher is often the author. When libraries, cataloging authorities, then do not "trace" to publishers, in the past, they were lost to map researchers. Key word searching online now rescues these publisher-authors from obscurity. Sorry for the confusion I created. The item I cited from the KVK catalog is another example, but not listed in WorldCat.
