For what it is worth, the first entry of Dutch Harbo[u]r in a Dutch newspaper dates from october 4th 1896. Citing a New York source the Algemeen Handelsblad informs about the tragic death of ten sailors of the British cruiser Satellite near Dutch Harbour. Happy Thanksgiving!
